Return to KLCI - formerly APPV (Apple Ventures)

Currently $1.43, APPV seems to have a very experienced mngmnt team that recently purchased the Hot Biscuit family restaraunt chain in East Texas. Their investor pkg shows 18 units now with sales of $8.8 million, with plans for 43 units in "Year 1". The pkg appears fairly open, with a copy of a contract for building more units, details on the switch from US Network Funding (10 for 1 reverse split last year), previous financials, and a detailed operating plan. I called several of the restaraunts, and all the managers I spoke with said business is booming. I've got a call in to the investor relations gal, with the following questions:

-Any details on the cost of acquiring this chain (no debt until then)
-Current qtrly report, or when will it be out?
-Earnings projections?
-Any other news, comments?

Anybody know anything else about this company? I'm concerned that I may have gotten in a little early on this one - it was featured by the Stocks for Tomorrow guy in Florida, and I was looking for a small run.

I'm new to SI, and have enjoyed the higher quality posts. Got in on SPSG at $1.25, thanks folks!
