Rumors, and the recent activity in CLIX indicate a Buyout.

Has anyone heard anything about this - to date all I've seen are some statements about this over in the Charting section. Given their low share price and valuation ($77 million most recently) it certainly seems like a good takeover candidate. Does anyone have a good idea of what they would be valued at if they do get taken over - I have to believe it would be well above the current price.
