Here's a thread for anyone with insight into this merger.
The stock is trading heavy, and no one seems to like Husky's offer! The offer was for $18.00 per share to a max of $500 million. (approx. $3.33 per share if every subscribes) and a one time cash dividend of $2.50. and one share of Husky.
