To date, a large portion of our revenues is derived from the sale of server appliances to customers in the data storage and network security markets. Server appliances are pre-configured network infrastructure devices designed to optimally deliver specific software application functionality while facilitating ease of deployment, improved manageability and increased security of that software application in a customer’s network. A server appliance deployment is intended to reduce the total cost of ownership associated with the deployment and ongoing maintenance of software applications within a customer’s information technology (“IT”) infrastructure.”
