It appears that Bryant Cragun, whom is believed (by myself and by the Wall Street Journal) to be linked to a web of tout shops, bucket shops, and closely related OTCBB POS reverse merger companies, has started a new vehicle to bilk money out of unsuspecting overseas investors.

This new vehicle is called The Morgan Fund.
