* AAF owns the WOLRD RIGHTS to the HCG MOLECULE (treatment for KAPOSI SARCOMA).They have the patents for China Europe and Canada. The research is progressing and is close to the stage of human testing.
* AAF owns the Canadian rights to the ANTICORT (treatment for AIDS/HIV) and an option to buy the rights to the Commonwealth countries. It is continuing the research and has a potential to treat over 33 million HIV infected patients.
* Altachem Pharma inaugurated its High Tech Pellet Core facility in Chinain late March 2001. Phase I is already in progress and Phase II for drug formulation will be implemented soon.
* AAF has patents for few generic drugs like BUFFERED ASPIRIN, ANTIBIOTICS, AIDS TESTING KITS.
* The company operates its own GMP approved manufacturing facilities in Alberta for BREATH KITS and other possible products. It is ISO and EN certified.
* AAF owns the world rights to the ACCU-MAB testing kits that is used to test the whopping cough. It is manufactured at the Edmonton facilities and shipped world wide.
* The company have signed two letters of intent to purchase first the SONOLIGHT Pharmaceutical company that uses a unique approach to treat cancer through sound and light triggered treatment. Second to buy the world rights to the BIONEX compound that will be used to treat blood samples for tranfusions.
