It is a free long distance phone call between anyone who is logged onto one of these voice pages.
After you follow the simple setup directions on the linked page (no downloads)...
Hold the f-9 key down on your keyboard and talk into your PC's mic. Anyone who's handle shows up in the program box can hear you.
To listen all you need is a set of PC speakers,(preferably) in the "on" position.<g>
