Couldn't find a thread -- sort of strange -- apologies if I'm duplicating one. Recent IPO during a lull in funding enthusiasm, it came out at $7 when the estimated range was 9-11. It immediately rocketed to $14/share, and has now done a round trip -- a low-ball bid of 7 1/8 filled today.

Held back (IMO) by the negative perception of combichem, this is an extremely leveraged business plan. The molecules, many in hand, target monster markets. Rights have largely been retained, as they wisely spent, previous to the IPO, about $50 million in funding.

I know nada about the quality of the chemistry and little about the rationale underlying TLK286.

Lockup worries will dog the stock?
