Return to Eurbid.com (OTC BB: EURB)

Eurbid.com (OTC BB: EURB) is the latest incarnation of LS Capital, (OTC BB: CHIP). Fully reporting LS Capital has reinvented itself a few times over the last few years as its business objectives failed. See: biz.yahoo.com . LS Capital recently did a 25/1 reverse split which was a disaster for its current shareholders, the close yesterday being $0.10. While professing to look for involvement in the internet businesses, the company says it doesn’t have any serious merger candidates as reported in the most recent filings. There have been email rumors to current shareholders that there are a couple of candidates, but those reports are only rumor. The filings suggest further dilution to pay the expenses for any merger with a private company. My expectation is a 6/1 further stock dilution after everything is said and done. You may be asking the question, “why would anyone be the slightest bit interested in EURB?” Well it’s a fully reporting stock which trades that has a history. That history has made money for people on the right side of the trade. Can that be done again? Maybe, maybe not. This thread is for discussion about this stock, enjoy.
