Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates (VSEA) hit with a $50,000,000 class action lawsuit for invasion of privacy - bathroom videotaping! Susan B. Felch a high-level VSEA manager is named a defendant in the suit for her active involvement in the bathroom taping. The lawsuit was filed in Santa Clara County California Superior Court, Case No. CV 780187 on November 7, 2000. The County Court Clerk may be reached at 408-299-2964 for information.
