This article is in the latest Dick Davis digest. Arakis Energy
has a agreement with the Sudanese goverment for oil but there is
a problem. The oil is there but it's landlocked. There is no
pipe line to the sea. This would take a 950 mile pipeline.
Is anybody else following this? If so, opinions please....
