ACTV (symbol: IATV) has developed patented technologies for individualized
television programming and for internet-based learning systems.

ACTV's products are tools which can create programming that allows viewer
participation and interaction for both television and Internet platforms.

The market targeted by the Company for its Individualized Programming is
in-home entertainment, particularly sports programming. For the Internet
the market focus is education, with an emphasis on schools and universities
in the United States.

For entertainment applications, the Company's Individualized Programming
gives the viewer the ability to make instant and seamless changes within the
live or pre-recorded television programming being viewed. The Company is
launching regional based sports networks based on an alliance with Fox
Sports Net.

For education applications, eSchool is a proprietary Java based software
that combines video, internet web pages with educational content and
collaborative chat groupware to create a virtual classroom community as an
accompanying instructional tool during a lesson.
