Any one has any idea about GTTIF?

Two years ago, it was a hot stock (at that time, the symbol is
MTCEF) and went as high as $30+. Right now, it is [3/8, 7/16].

It is a Canadian stock and controlled by a Hong Kong company (about
30%). Its bussiness is telecommunication in China.

Book value is about $0.75 and totol shares is about 30M.

Earning would be out on 05/30/96. Maybe it is a turnaround stock.
It seems that the stock is moving up.
