Return to Take-Over Candidates

This thread is devoted to a discussion of potential take-over candidates. Given my recent experience with AZX (which is subject of ENE takeover) and recently announced buyout of RMY, I will first identify criteria. Then we can collectively add to criteria and identify specific stocks.

Criteria:
1. Value play - either with very low P/E or P/B. Generally these stocks are selling near lows.

2. Chart - dont catch a falling knife, wait for several weeks of basebuilding near lows.

3. Ownership - look for at least 5 - 10% ownership by a large company, capable of making takeover.

Comments welcome.
