After making claims they could not support with regard to drugs or formulations that would assist in the battle against HIV - and getting called on the carpet by the SEC and the courts, the company is now apparently defunct.
Certainly goes to the issue of bogus claims and using the Internet to pull a fast one; promting the reminder to always DYODD.

Apparently, starting an SI stock discussion board on such a company places the messenger '..in league with the company..' in some quarters. And, to those self-appointed pseudo-StockCops (..aka: self-aggrandizing snarling mutts..), the old WWII Battling Bastards of Bastogne's response of "...NUTS..." seems very appropriate.
Of very notable interest is the direct association of the most bellicose beefers with Anthony@Pacific (Elgindy), the FBI agent-subverting, SI-expelled, repeatedly-offending, company-extorting, stock criminal...... It appears to be an affliction related to the old addage about the "..company one keeps..". |
