Stocks with a jolt of bad short term news can be severely ovesold and provide a great opportunity for traders to profit from eager seller's overreactions. We are looking for situations in which to profit within one to five trading days by buying others panic.
These plays involve distinguishing BAD news from REALLY HORRIBLE news, as well as timing entries very carefully so as to buy when others are selling to get out at any price.
