WebCenter 3000 is designed to satisfy demand for a multi-functional public access pay station terminal by offering mission-critical services to "road warriors" with an array of easy to use services for the general Internet e-Mail and Browsing, as well as Fax, Print and Payphone services. It dispenses Pre-Paid Calling Cards, includes a Laptop Port, and features a Videophone that allows instant Video Clips to be sent via e-Mail to friends, family, or co-workers.

It combines traditional telephone and business services with one affordable, easy to use in accessible locations such as airports, hotels, malls, or local pharmacies and convenience stores.

WebCenter3000TM can operate as a free-standing unit, or it can be wall-mounted occupying the same space as a traditional payphone -- with far more revenue sharing, income generating opportunities for all parties involved.

About ICOA

ICOA has specialized in the funding and design of telecom based distribution systems and consumer services since 1983. On February 15, 1999, ICOA registered a 504 Private Placement Memorandum to raise $1,000,000 to be invested in WTI to fund the initial development of a next generation of multi-functional PST – Pay Station Terminal. An investor relations package is available via the web site or by phone. icoacorp.com

WebCenter Technologies Inc. (WTI), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Information Companies of America (ICOA). WTI has designed, developed; will manufacture distribute and maintain The WebCenter3000TM Pay Station Terminal (PST).

ICOA’S intent is to own and operate a fully integrated ISP network of public access terminals which they call WebCenters.

icoacorp.com

This network will be managed from WebCentral -- central network and service centers.Service center down/up load the computer codes to activate the machine. Also, any programming up dated are sent at this time. Every transaction is reported to the service center at its conclusion to run a credit card charge. Each machine calls into the center around 2 AM to report its health and usage.

ICOA will own the WebCenters and network; customers will be partnered with ICOA and share revenue.

Profit Potential

The big profit potential of the WebCenter is not the ability of it to get onto the internet but the ability for it to provide speed dial services for a price. This is where the money is. If a service pays $100/month to have his service advertised to the public with a free and instant connection, he will increase his sales volume. I don't know how many speed dial numbers the webcenter has but it will be at least 40. Do the math, 40 x $100 = $4000/month per machine plus the internet side.

ICOA vs. The Competition

WebCenter is more than phones. All the units are linked together in service networks. People who place the units get money back for doing so. So there’s a profit incentive built into the ICOA business plan.

When WebCenter is used, providers get a hit on income. Where the units are placed, will determine how much income the host can generate.

It is this profit incentive that makes ICOA so attractive to customers/clients. And is why many companies are willing to wait for WebCenter. No other competitor offers the site provides this kind of partnership, profit structure and product capabilities

Site providers can rent based on usage; and they earn revenue from customer transactions. (phone calls, faxes, e commerce, etc)

ICOA also has client services package with allows site partners to access their customers when they sign on. Site providers can package "loyalty" programs to communicate directly with key customers.

The entire operation is turnkey -- with the ability to install, operate, maintain and customized WebCenter 3000 to the market segment. Airports will have airport directories and maps, advertising, ticket flight info. Hotels, pharmacies will have all kinds of deals, promotions and possibilities linked specifically to them.

ICOA will contract with the host, install the WebCenter 3000 and then guarantee an annual income to the host. Then, anything above the guarantee goes to ICOA. This company’s success will be built upon both their product and their business plan.

ICOA’S Direction

Since 1983, the company has specialized in the funding and design of telecom based distribution systems and consumer services. Thousands of phone and fax terminals the company sold to payphone operators and telecommunications companies in the US, Canada, and Europe are still in operation after ten years.

The C.E.O of ICOA has described his direction for this company as similar to CMGI. Go ICOA’s Website, icoacorp.com Read "related articles" on the opening page. These articles were placed by the ICOA CEO and give a fair indication of what he’s thinking.
