Q Comm's Sales Hit $1.45 Million in May Establishing a $17 Million Annual Run Rate
OREM, Utah, Jun 5, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Comm International Inc. (OTC BB: QCCM chart, msgs), a prepaid wireless technology and information services company, Tuesday announced that its sales in the month of May were $1,453,704 (neither
audited nor reviewed), putting the company on an annual run rate in excess of $17 million.
Q Comm attributes its continued strong sales performance to a variety of factors including the appeal, enhancements and scalability of its prepaid wireless electronic replenishment platform, market demand, and its results-oriented management team and staff.
"Sales of $1.4 million just for the month of May have approached the total sales of last year of about $1.7 million," said Paul Hickey, chief executive officer at Q Comm International.
"We're on a growth trend that suggests sometime in the near future our monthly sales will exceed our total sales of last year. People frequently ask me whether we can sustain and even build upon our current sales levels. We are confident that we can. Our business
