As Pennsylvania's only publicly-traded brewing company, Red Bell will have greater ability to continue the Company's growth. RDBL will now have greater access to capital markets that were not readily available as a private company, the greater ability to develop even more strategically located premier brewpubs, and a greater ability to continue to attract the key personnel essential for growth.

Red Bell Brewing Company is currently the only brewing company in the country which combines a large-scale regional brewery with a strategic network of smaller breweries, or ``brewpubs,'' in key beer markets. Red Bell Brewing Company built the first ever complete brewery operation and brewpub in a Professional Arena located at the First Union Center, home of the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers.

Red Bell also operates brewpubs at Veterans Stadium, home to the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Red Bell also plans to announce new Red Bell brewpub properties this year.

Mr. Bell stated that the Company is very encouraged by the hundreds of calls from various interested prospective shareholders looking to become part of the Company.

Red Bell is developing additional properties ... In due time will end up with 12 to 15 sites," Bell said.

Red Bell also brews beer for distribution to liquor store and bars at its 280,000 square-foot facility in the Brewerytown section of the city, where it also runs a brew pub.

Bell said that taking the company public places it in a good position to be acquired or to merge.

"We are at the point where starting brew pubs has become our focus. This makes us attractive for a larger beer company," Bell said. "I've spoken to some large beer companies that have an interest in Red Bell's approach."
