MIAMI, Sep 17, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CIS.com, Inc. (OTC:CISI) announced today
that it has changed its name to InterAmerican Resources, Inc.

Its new trading symbol will be IAMR and its Cusip No.
45841P 10 2. These changes will take effect on Tuesday,
September 18, 2001.
