I am the Ex VP of Investor Relationsand all options (50K @$2.125 & 75K @ .50) were converted to 150,000 restricted stock (2 yr) on April 4, 2000. Never recieved the 75K @ .50 while the BOD reviewed either the 75K additional options or 150K for all options into 2 yr restricted I did this because I believe in the future of the company. My free trading holdings is a core position of 20K with a $0.00 AMSC and 21K AMSC $0.50 of which all are long term capital gain holdings. On January 2, 2001 I agreed in principal to be the contracted Independent IR for CBQI for a monthly cash fee.
