Given the significant declination in the markets over the past 15 months, especially the Nasdaq, I am interested in discussing when a recovery will occur. As tends to be the common wisdom, the recovery tends to begin upon a market capitulation -- a massive sell-off.

Are we there yet? Or when will it occur?
