The company tries to profit from the cmpetitive forces on the national phone market advertising its services and andvantages on the internet. One of the more striking advantages seems to be the fact that your call is free if one member calls another member, which seems to be an ideal advertising tool Now the firm, operating so far only in a few states, is branching out. Its yearly sales are $529 Mio and its market capitalization is only $34 Mio. But the company is still in the red. Anybody any thoughts on this???Fred |
