This thread is mostly for the posting of information obtained from the above site.
After several delays, this site was supposed to begin to function on January 21st.
As of February 1st, the site has been closed for repairs.
It's been a sad history, well documented in this post by Richard Saunders.

I'm sure the parties responsible for the quality of this site, who coincidentally had the most to lose if the site provided timely information to the public, will be working diligently to bring the site back on-line, as quickly as possible.
If the site ever comes back on-line, and if it ever works, perhaps we can try again to use this thread to share information about Insider Activity.
Ideally, this thread should be used to post information about Insider Trades that might affect investment decisions.
Please try to start your post with the company name or symbol, or both.
Another thread where Insider Trading on Canadian Stocks can be discussed (perhaps) in more depth was created by Gilbert LeBlanc.
