The Company leases producing and non-producing properties with a view toward exploration and development. Emphasis is also placed on pipeline and other infrastructure facilities to provide transportation, processing and tieback services. The Company utilizes state-of-the-art seismic technology to maximize the recovery of reserves. The Company will conduct exploration and production activities to produce crude oil and natural gas. The principal markets for these commodities are local refining companies, local utilities and private industry end users, which purchase the crude oil, and local utilities, private industry end users, and natural gas marketing companies, which purchase the natural gas. |
