This forum is to discuss and locate companies that have alternate and renewable fuel systems. We have been dependent on foreign oil for the last 75 years. There are technologies that are cheaper, more effective and less harmful to the world climate and ecology. European and Japanese firms have established solid footholds in the enormous potential power markets. India is turning to renewables to bring electricity to some of the roughly 300 million of its people who lack power. The nation now has the fifth-largest installed base of wind generators in the world and plans to use renewables for as much as 15% of its new power over the next decade. Next Generation which erected a large wind turbine for Britain's Sainsbury's grocery chain: "The export market will be colossal for wind energy, and the U.S. is lagging behind the Europeans." Fuel Cells and Electric Cars are also available and will be mass produced by 2004. What has happened to our Cafe standards on Mileage and emmissions.
