NOR provides services and solutions such as a/c, heating and plumbing services through Blue Dot; propane distribution through CornerStone; networked communication solutions through Expanets; and electric and natural gas service through NorthWestern Services Group. For the fiscal year ended 12/01, revenues fell 41% to $4.24 billion. Net income applicable to Com. before acct. fell 14% to $37.5 million.
