Yes That's the Fact.

He looked right at the camera's this month and said that Employee Stock Option Values can not be calculated when they are issued.

AND HE LIED.

That is a Fact.

Because Their is a very smart gentleman who won a Swedish Noble Prize in Economics for his Collaboration on the Black-Scholes Option Valuation Model. this was in 1973 or so.

So these are independantly verifiable facts of this world.
