I hate to start a new thread on E-Trade, however, the sole purpose of this thread is to submit the remarks of this thread as part of a class action lawsuit.
If you feel that you have suffered monetary damages due to slippage, untimely trade execution, untimely (E-Trade) management response to inquiries, etc., etc., etc., please post your damages here in a diplomatic fashion so that I can submit all of these postings as our class action suit.
As this thread takes shape I will present the postings to a "Class Action" attorney so that we can get restitution. Time is of the essence, it is my understanding that E-Trade will be going public in the near future and I would like to get this class action suit filed before they go public.
