Wavecom is a French company that is traded both on the French Bourse and NASDAQ. WVCM produces WIrelesS MOdules (WISMO's) that allow customers to quickly integrate wireless capability into a wide range of devices. These modules integrate all of the hardware and software necessary for wireless communications. Wavecom primarily sells its modules to local handset suppliers in the Chinese market (main customer is TCL).
