Glencairn is proposing to merge with Black Hawk Mining on the basis of 3 BHK to 1 GLJ share. As there has been a BHK thread for years , we had better keep it going under Glencairn. The antecedents of Glencairn are Wheaton River who have become and are very respectable and successful. Let us hope that they can accomplish the same with the merging of BHK and GLJ assets.
