I have been reading up on some of the companies involved in renewable / stored value cards and found it interesting. Today people get turned down for a checking or savings due to their poor credit, or past pay history. The Cards could be used to replace the pay check, bank deposit, and payments could be made direct to utilities, retail, or services. Anyway, CECC .PK look's to benifit and could be a play. here are some links and please do your own Due Diligence prior to investing.
