| This board is intended to be a serious forum for exploring the plan in motion to establish global government and who is behind this movement. All intelligent discussion is welcome, but hecklers are not. This forum is moderated for that reason.
It is a fact that many of our own leaders are active in the global vision and are less concerned about our Constitution than they are in furthering global government. The primary organization in advancing global government is the Council on Foreign Relations. The CFR has enormous influence through it's very rich and powerful members. Many of which are elected Representatives and even Presidents. It's infiltration of the US Government including the military and intelligence agencies, the media, and big business is far reaching.

"The CFR is the establishment. Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also finances and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high level decisions for converting the U.S. from a sovereign Constitution Republic into a servile member of a one-world dictatorship."
Congressman John R. Rarick
"The most powerful clique in these elitist groups have one objective in common they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty of the national independence of the United States. A second clique of international members in the CFR comprises the Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. Primarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in the control of global government."
Rear Admiral Chester Ward, a former member of the CFR for 16 years
The late Carroll Quigley (Bill Clinton's mentor), Professor of History at Georgetown University, member of the CFR, stated in his book, "Tragedy & Hope": "The CFR is the American Branch of a society which originated in England, and which believes that national boundaries should be obliterated, and a one-world rule established."

Excerpts from "Global Tyranny...Step by Step"
By William F. Jasper
Quote from "Foreign Affairs", the journal published by the Council on Foreign Relations
There is going to be no steady progress in civilization or self-government among the more backward peoples until some kind of international system is created which will put an end to the diplomatic struggles incident to the attempt of every nation to make itself secure....The real problem today is that of world government.
Phillip Kerr (CFR), December 1922 Foreign Affairs
There is no indication that American public opinion, for example, would approve the establishment of a super state, or permit American membership in it. In other words, time - a long time - will be needed before world government is politically feasible...This time element might seemingly be shortened so far as American opinion is concerned by an active propaganda campaign in this country....
Allen W. Dulles, 1946 Foreign Policy Association
There is no longer a question of whether or not there will be world government by the year 2,000. As I see it, the questions we should be addressing to ourselves are: how it will come into being - by cataclysm, drift, more or less rational design - and whether it will be totalitarian, benignly elitist, or participatory....the probabilities being in that order. (emphasis added)
Saul H. Mendlovitz, 1975 director World Order Models Project
"A major obstacle to alerting Americans about plans to cancel our national sovereignty and personal freedoms and to submerge the US in a world government is the dissembling double-talk and outright lying routinely employed by the world government advocates. While groups like Planetary Citizens, the World Federalist Association, the Association of World Citizens, the Committee to frame a World Constitution, the World Constitution and Parliament Association, the World Association for World federation, etc, have usually flown their world government flags openly, the Council on Foreign Relations and other Establishment groups seeking world government prefer to obfuscate their aims with terms like "collective security," "the rule of law", "global institutions," "interdependence," and "world order."
"As we have already shown and will further demonstrate, the CFR and it's influential members are also on record favoring and promoting world government. However, most of these public CFR utterances have appeared in publications and speeches intended for a select, sympathetic audience where the new world order adepts can "unblushingly" (in the words of Lincoln Bloomfield) contemplate and discuss "world government."
"World government is not a subject to which most Americans, or other people of the world for that matter, give much serious thought. However' if John Q citizen does become cognizant of and disturbed about the threat of an emerging global leviathon, and if he expresses this concern to his congressman, and senators, or local newspaper editor, he either meets with derisive charges that he is chasing chimera, or he is provided with solemn denials that plans for world government are even being considered."

Excerpts from "Global Tyranny...Step by Step" by William F. Jasper
Consider, for example, Lester R. Brown (CFR), the supposed anti-establishment eco-fanatic who heads the influential Worldwatch Institute, one of the driving forces behind UNCED. His best-selling 1972 book, World Without Borders, proposed a "world environmental agency" because "arresting the deterioration of the environment does not seem possible within the existing framework of independent nation-states." His super agency would first "assess the impact of man's various interventions in the environment." But there's no doubt that the conclusion to be reached were already firmly cast in stone. Brown then stated: "Once the necessary information and analysis is complete, tolerance levels can be established and translated into the necessary regulation of human activity." His books and statist solutions are hyped by the CFR-dominated media and CFR academics, while the big CFR-controlled foundations shower his think tank with millions of dollars. "Building an environmentally sustainable future," Brown later said of the Earth Summit's mission, "requires nothing short of a revolution." This would involve "restructuring the global economy, dramatically changing human reproductive behavior, and altering values and lifestyles." At least no one can accuse these guys of thinking small or hiding their ultimate goals. In State of The World 1991, the annual doomsday report issued by the Worldwatch Institute, Brown predicted that "the battle to save the planet will replace the battle over ideology as the organizing theme of the new world order." And, with "the end of the ideological that dominated a generation of international affairs, a new world order, shaped by a new agenda, will emerge." The world's agenda, he wrote, will "be more ecological than ideological." Over and over while presuming to speak for the entire environmental movement, Brown indicated its intention to focus on the environment as the justification for establishing controls over mankind. "In the new age," he asserted, "diplomacy will be more concerned with environmental security than with military security."

Brown may have defined the CFR Democrats vision for creating a New World order but the CFR Republican’s have their own very different version. It seems to be militarism and drastic curtailing of Constitutional rights through fear. Terrorism has offered a very fast and practical vehicle to advance the necessity of changing our world and molding America to the point where it will fit much better into a global government framework. Whether Democrat or Republican the New World Order steadily advances.
The Patriot Act I was passed after the 9-11 attacks and we have the proposed Patriot Act II which is stalled in Congress. But another “terrorist attack” could assure it’s passage. Among other things, the PA II does away with the sunset clauses for PA I which take effect in 2004. So the curtailing of our liberties would become permanent.

The new agency, Dept. Of Homeland Security has been created and shows every sign of becoming a Big Brother as it links all intelligence agencies under one roof with one mission. The diversity of charters and built in protection of Americans from government intrusions are "redefined" in the face of "terrorist threats". The DHS has a goal of a national ID system which uses computer based biometric identifiers, not any national ID card as was the idea in the past. This National ID System will be computer linked to the government project TIA.Total Information Awareness. Everyone should read this Cato Institute Study on TIA.

I believe the CFR abandoned the UN as the vehicle to world government in favor of our own US Government. The “shadow government”. Now the shadow government has become indistinguishable from the real one.
The players are CFR disciples themselves. Like George Bush 41. Read “The Establishment’s Man” by James J. Drummey which exposes Bush 41’s CFR roots and dedication to globalism. Now his son is President and look what is happening today.
“Global Tyranny…..Step by Step” by William F. Jasper exposes the CFR and the drive to world government.
“The Shadows of Power - The Council on Foreign Relations and the American Decline” by James Perloff is another informative read. |
