Return to IACI Boom or Bust?

IACI, a company run by Diller, is like the Rodney Dangerfield of the new Horsemen(or women) of the 21st century (AMZN, EBAY, IACI, and YHOO). After the buble bursted, these four rose from the ashes and thrived.

IACI, despite its success (or maybe not), does not seem to command the same multiples as the others. This forum, hopefully, serves as an exchange of thoughts whether it be pro or anti IACI.

IACI owns these recognizable internet properties: Ticketmaster, Hotel.com, Expedia, and Lending Tree
