Omnicorder Technologies (PMOS.ob - 6 Bid) has a patented, FDA-approved device for advanced infrared diagnostics for use in medical imaging to detect cancer and vascular diseases. Stock came public recently on December 19th through a reverse merger with Promos with Omnicorder becoming the successor company and recently raised about $8 million of private placement funding. The CEO is the brother of the head of the National Institute of Health (NIH). Caltech is a partial owner of the company. PMOS.ob has plans to leave the OTCBB and is chasing a potential $20 billion medical imaging market:
