LINDOWS, INC. FILES REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
SAN DIEGO, CA -- April 20, 2004 -- Lindows, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares are to be sold by the Company. WR Hambrecht + Co is acting as the lead manager of the offering, which will be made through WR Hambrecht + Co?s OpenIPO® auction process. Roth Capital Partners is acting as co-manager. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
