So I found this on the web. Interesting take on homosexuality and gay marriage.

"Gay rights is on the minds of people these days. America is supposed to be a free country where people can exercise their free will so long as it does not harm others too much. One dictionaries definition of the word harm is "Physical or psychological injury or damage". Within these boundaries what people do is their own business.
But here is the argument: Just because you have the right to do something does not mean you should. You have the right to eat whatever you want. Does that mean you would decide to have a diet of unnatural foods that are harmful to the body?
If living a homosexual lifestyle is a natural and healthy thing to do then why does no other life on earth have homosexual relationships? I've never seen homosexual deer, spiders or fish before.
Unnatural and foreign things are harmful to the body and to the earth. Over time the earth will breakdown and destroy these things, absorbing it, converting it. The body does the same thing by attacking and destroying unnatural and foreign things.
Something that is natural and healthy can strike a balance with nature and survive. If homosexual life was put on an island it would not survive. It's interesting how homosexual existence depends on heterosexual existence but heterosexual existence does not depend on homosexual existence. Homosexuals would not exist without heterosexuals. Homosexuality is abnormal. Some say, "but I can't help it, I was born this way". Well, when things are born abnormal we call that handicap, retarded, challenged, deformed.
Regardless of what is natural, healthy, normal or abnormal people still have the right. The problem is that their rights are imposed upon by lawmakers who are not consistent and fair in their rulings. If handicap people receive wheelchair rights and special access rights all over the place then the same spirit of law making should apply to other types of abnormal people, physical or mental." |
