Our History
• 1985 incorporated as Matrix Microassembly Corporation based in Santa Clara, California
• 1992 began doing business as Stanford Microdevices, Inc. based in Sunnyvale, California
• May 2000 successfully completed initial public offering on NASDAQ stock exchange
• October 2001 corporate name changed to Sirenza Microdevices
• September 2002 strategic acquisition of Xemod and proprietary LDMOS technology to extend power amplifier module product line
• May 2003 strategic acquisition of the assets of the Vari-L Company, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of RF signal source components, to expand RF component product solution portfolio, as well as strengthen role as supplier aerospace and defense end-market
