Company Profile
We have now identified and patented the use of antibodies to interferon-gamma (IFN-g) as a monotherapy, and gamma interferon in combination with other antibodies, to treat multiple diseases. We are beginning the process of discussing licensing and co-development opportunities with appropriate candidate companies.
The Company’s scientific founder, Dr. Simon Skurkovich, was the first to propose the use of antibodies to treat certain autoimmune disease by the removal of certain immune system agents called cytokines. This therapeutic strategy has now received universal validation by the biotechnology industry as evidenced by numerous publications and research supporting the work of Dr. Skurkovich.
The Company has generated preliminary clinical data in almost 250 patients demonstrating the potential safety and efficacy of its treatment protocols in these disease states.
