Creston Resources is engaged in the acquisition and development of energy resources, primarily in the category of oil and natural gas leasehold production. Currently Creston’s operations take place primarily in the Uintah Basin of Utah and the Washakie Basin of Wyoming. Creston Resources is the parent entity of Homeland Gas and Oil. Homeland manages the development, operation, and marketing of Creston’s crude oil and natural gas reserves.
Creston works closely with McCullis Resources, of Littleton, Colorado. Paul L. McCullis, the President of McCullis Resoruces, is the Chief Executive Officer of Creston and a member of the board of directors of Homeland. Homeland acquired from McCullis Resources all of the Wyoming properties that are now being developed jointly by Creston and BP, Inc. (British Petroleum)
Homeland has contracted with Mountain Oil and Gas to be the operating entity for the development of Creston’s gas and oil reserves. Please click on our “Homeland Gas and Oil” link to learn more about Mountain Oil and Gas. Homeland acquired six wells and leases from McCullis Resources and twenty four wells and leases from Mountain Oil and Gas. These twenty-four wells are located on twenty-four individual six hundred and forty acre sections. Each section has a well that is either in production or was in production and needs only to be reworked by Mountain to return to production.
Thus, Creston has over three hundred and eighty potential gas and oil producing sites in the Uintah basin. Due to the rapid increase in the market price of crude thirty of these sites are now being returned to production.
