TVOG derives the majority of its revenue from sale of oil and gas properties. The precious metals activity is operated directly by Tri-Valley Corporation. Substantially, all of the Company's oil and gas reserves are located in northern California.

The Company is in its 42nd year of business as a successful operating company and for 32 years has been a full reporting 12 (g) publicly traded Delaware Corporation.
