Mr. James Dixon the former Chairman of the Board of CompuCom
Systems resigned to become the President and CEO of ClientLink Inc.
ClientLink is a divison of Compucom. I understand that CompuCom
is planning to spin off ClientLink to CompuCom shareholders.
This is all that I have been able to find out to date. If anyone has
more information please reply.
