Return to CXN (Fat substitute in food

The Dept. of agriculture in its laabs has developped a fatsubstitute and the rights for its production and distribution belong now to CNX. They just have finished a production facility. While I have not been able to get from CNX comparitive information on cost, in other words how much more expensive it will be for manufacturares of food stuff to replace fat with their substitute, it seems to me of importance that the world's largest food podcer, Nestle has given them an large order and checking this at Nestle I found that they are evaluating the material. But despite this fact the stock has given back quite a bit of a strong previous advance. With all the problems of overweight persons are having seems to me that this product should be the solutioon to it and before long one could buy foodstuff made with it and despite a higher price it could become a runner. Any ideas along these lines? Fred
