Please don't bash gay people here. This thread is not a venue to "discuss" the rights of gay people- I really don't see what there is to discuss, and dignifying the idea that there should be a discussion seems wrong to me. It's pretty clear, to me, that we should all have the same rights- end of discussion. I have thought about this for a while, and I wouldn't want to sponsor a discussion about why black people should have fewer rights than whites, so I'm not going to allow that kind of discussion about gay people. If you have something interesting to say, regarding laws affecting gay marriage, or you have found an article, fine. If you are merely a person who thinks heterosexuals deserve rights that gay people do not deserve, or you don't like homosexuals, or you think God has spoken on this issue and you've got to share with us what God had to say on the topic, then go elsewhere. You can certainly be heard on many of the public threads, but I'm not interested in sponsoring bigotry (not even God's bigotry).

Don't be annoying and expect to post here. Why anyone would expect other people to tolerate annoying posts when they don't have to is beyond me- but if you HAVE gone through your SI life expecting to be tolerated even though you are annoying, please revise your thinking now. I don't enjoy annoying. I'm sure there is someone else, somewhere else, who does- please go post to them.
Those of you, and you know who you are, who trash talk me on other threads- don't come here and expect me to allow you to post. Your behavior disgusts me, and I wish you could just move on with your lives, and leave me alone. Since you obviously can't, please don't expect me to associate with you- I can't get over your ugly behavior, and I don't want to be anywhere near your posts. |
