NWAU is a used car company based out of Arizona. They have put together 3 car dealerships that have a total of $30M in sales and $5-6M in earnings. For a company with a total of 16M shares fully diluted outstanding, no debt, potential EPS of $0.30-0.40 and a share price of $1, this seems to be a compelling value. The company is listing to get on the Nasdaq OTC, up from the pink sheets.

I guess we will see how this shapes up.
