Return to Betting Exchanges

More and more investors are beginning to realize that the gambling industry is a promising global growth industry and offers a wealth of opportunities. But gambling, in many respects, remains onr of the financial community's best-kept secrets.

A report out of London calls "Betting Exchanges The eBay of the Betting Industry". Betting exchanges work very similar to Stock Exchanges, they offer an online platform, which allows individual bettors the opportunity to bet directly with other users.

The bad news, the biggest betting exchange, Betfair (matched bets in excess of 100 million pounds per week) is a private company.

The good news, there are a couple of smaller and newer betting exchanges which are public.

CES Software (changing to Fun Technologies) of Toronto. Trades under symbol "FUN" in Toronto at CDN$4.80 and pinks at US$3.80.

UBA Technology of Vancouver. Trades under symbol UBTA on the pinks at US$0.10.

Take a look at both of these, as an entry to this exciting new imdustry.
