(OTC: SFTY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire EZ
Auctions and Shipping, Inc. EZ Auctions, which has stores in Palm Harbor and
Oldsmar, is what's known as an eBay trading assistant, a relatively new breed of
business hitched to the popularity of the online auction site.
The Company also announced that both parties are working to effect a closing on
the transaction as soon as possible, which is expected in the near future.
