Return to Low Priced Stocks with cash on their balance sheet

I learned alot over the last ten years and believe I have found the way to making constant gains in the market.

1. Stay away from bulletin board stocks.

2. Buy low priced stocks,(usually $8.00 and under)with cash on their balance sheet, good insider ownership, revenues up from last quarter.

3. Best times to buy these stocks are 1-4 weeks before earnings date and take profits day of earnings or hang on for longer term gains.

4. There are many other factors, but this is a good start. Feel free to post your picks...please!no junk or vulgar language.
