Thanks to a headszup from a new poster on this thread, it has been revealed Mgmt has confirmed BFS is in hand, and being
reviewed by consultants.
Of course, this indicates a few things, not the least of which, is the future direction of financing and short hedging requirements by any funding institution should that be the way mgmt choses to pursue financing.
That will pressure the stock most definitely.
Many are standing aside, judging from recent price action aka the fall from $6.50ish to $5.000ish in the last little while, prior to the earnings release on Aug 9, 2006 and the anticipated CC Aug 10th.
While I have no doubt the BFS will be broached by info seekers, I would be generally surprised if much is said about the BFS, since it is an internal document at this stage. As such, it is most likely tightly under wraps as financial arrangements/negotiations are in nearby view.
