SEPTEMBER 19TH: COURT CONFIRMS BK GIVES SGI, ALIX PARTNERS, WEIL ET AL EVERYTHING THEY ASK FOR IN THE WELL- ORCHESTRATED VOLUNTARY CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY FILED May 8, 2006.

Judge Gropper began the case--because of conflict of interest was then given to Judge Burton R. Lifland; United States Bankruptcy Court,Southern District of New York;Room 623; One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004

GENERAL: Formal motions and proposals to the Judge with a request that they become part of the court record/docket will
be read by the Judge and scanned for the record. There may still be time for motions by interested parties.
